1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! I travel wherever the work takes me. Travel within three hours of Providence, RI is covered by milage. Locations beyond that range, travel includes milage and accommodations. If air travel is required, flights and lodging are included as well. Each destination is approached with care and planned thoughtfully

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely! Engagement sessions are offered at a discounted rate when booked alongside a wedding and are included in full day wedding coverage. These sessions are treated as an extension of your story. This is an opportunity to slow down, connect, and become comfortable working together before the wedding day

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. I understand that life can be unpredictable and i always encourage open communication. When possible, at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling is appreciated so care can be taken in adjusting plans

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! All sessions include professionally edited digital images. Meadow's Studio also offers a curated selection of fine art prints through our independent print shop. Certain specialty products are outsourced and connected to your client gallery. Items are thoughtfully created to ensure the highest of quality

5. What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?

You're not alone! Most people are not very confident in front of a camera. My appraoch is gentle and intuitive, with minimal posing and plenty of guidance when needed. Sessions are designed to feel calm and natural. Allowing you to settle in and simply be present rather than perform

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course!! I welcome any kind of inspiration and ideas. Especially those that reflect what feels meaningful to you. Pinterest boards are perfect for this! feel free to send a link so I can understand your vision and weave it naturally into the session

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes! A consultation is required prior to any session. This can take place virtually or in person. Additional meetings can always be scheduled as many times as needed. These conversations help ensure we're aligned and that you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Turn around time typically ranges from 4-8 weeks. Portrait, maternity, newborn, and couples sessions are usually delivered within 4-6 weeks, while weddings fall closer to 6-8 weeks. Each gallery is edited with care and intention, never rushed
